A 53-year-old male with history of colon cancer status post neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiation and colectomy, hyperlipidemia, non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, obesity, hernia repair, and asthma presented to the urology clinic complaining of left inguinal swelling.
