Role of serial 18F-FDG PET CT in evaluation of functional recovery and substrate normalization following CABG in patients with hibernating myocardium and left ventricular dysfunction
Conclusions: Perfusion normalization and functional recovery (as suggested by improved LVEF, WMSI and NYHA grading) precedes substrate normalization.
