Development of [11C]mG3N001 as a PET imaging ligand for metabotropic glutamate receptor 3 (mGluR3)
Conclusions: Our preliminary PET imaging studies demonstrated that [11C]mG3N001 has good brain penetration which may serve as a promising PET probe for neuroimaging of mGluR3. As far as we know, this is the first mGluR3-selective PET imaging probe.
