CONCLUSIONS: In summary, there is no evidence of a demonstrable overall survival benefit with the addition of anti-EGFR therapy in first-line and recurrent glioblastomas. Newer drugs that are specially designed for glioblastoma targets may raise the possibility of success in this population, but data are lacking at present. Brain metastases (BrMs) are associated with significant morbidity and are found in up to 50% of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Most of the literature focuses on symptomatic BrMs, with a lack of baseline brain imaging in asymptomatic patients. Unfortunately, much of the data on local treatments with or without systemic treatment is retrospective. Clinical trials of systemic treatments largely exclude patients with BrMs.Chemotherapy is an active treatment for BrM with response rates in the brain similar to other sites of disease.

Conclusion: Our case report presents a novel pattern of RRP induced by anti-PD-1 blockade Camrelizumab 2 years after radiotherapy. This indicates that previous radiotherapy combined with subsequent anti-PD-1 blockade has a potential to cause overlapping damage to lung, suggesting that intensive attention might be needed for patients who are treated with anti-PD-1 blockade in conjunction with a prior history of thoracic radiation.
