Sirolimus therapy and follow-up in a patient with severe congenital hyperinsulinism following subtotal pancreatectomy.

This report suggests that sirolimus may be an effective treatment option in patients with CHI resistant to traditional medical therapy or failure of subtotal pancreatectomy.
