Female-to-male transgender patient with idiopathic intracranial hypertention

A 15-year old female-to-male (FTM) transgender individual presented with new onset of daily headaches and pulsatile tinnitus. He started receiving gender-affirming hormonal therapy with regular testosterone injections at the dose of 75  mg per week six months before presentation. The body-mass index was 31, however, patient denied recent weight gain and stated that his weight remained unchanged after imitating therapy with testosterone injections. He had past medical history of anxiety and depression but was not using any medica tions other than testosterone injections and denied the use of over-the-counter vitamins or supplements.
