Tu1082 CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF ADVANCED GASTRIC CANCER DISCOVERED AFTER H. PYLORI ERADICATION IN JAPAN

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection is closely associated with gastric cancer, and eradication of H. pylori is currently expected for the prevention of gastric cancer. However, some cases of advanced gastric cancer have been discovered after H. pylori eradication in clinical practice. The aim of our study was to investigate the clinicopathological features of advanced gastric cancer discovered after H. pylori eradication.
