Risk factors for cardiac, obstetric and neonatal complications in patients with heart disease during pregnancy.

Conclusions: There is a high rate of adverse events in patients with heart disease during pregnancy. Gestational age and cesarean delivery behaved as predictors of adverse maternal-fetal outcomes.
