CPAP Adherence, Mortality, and Progression-Free Survival in Interstitial Lung Disease and OSA.
CONCLUSIONS: Neither OSA severity nor adherence to CPAP was associated with improved outcomes in ILD patients except those requiring supplemental oxygen.
