Neuropsychiatric Traits Associated with Refractory Impulse Control Disorder in Parkinson's Disease.

CONCLUSIONS: Our results suggest that assessment of obsessive compulsiveness may be useful for predicting the refractoriness of ICD behaviors in planning an interventional treatment for ICD in PD.
