Point-of-care chest ultrasonography as a diagnostic resource for COVID-19 outbreak in nursing homes

This study shows the possible use of bedside chest ultrasonography as a screening tool for COVID-19 pneumonia in nursing home residents, for early detection of outbreaks and adequate management.
