Intraabdominal bronchogenic cyst
A 45-year-old man without a significant past medical history was referred for treatment of a symptomatic retroperitoneal cystic tumor discovered during the work-up for epigastric pain with weight-loss. An abdominal computed tomography and a magnetic resonance imaging found a well-defined round cystic lesion localized close to the pancreatic body and the left adrenal gland (Fig. 1).
