Treat-to-Target urate-lowering therapy in primary gout patients: A real-world retrospective study at a dedicated gout clinic in China.
CONCLUSIONS: The long-term standard treat-to-target ULT strategy benefits patients for both gout-related issues and their extra-articular organs. The current study suggests that there is a better chance to achieve the rates of adherence to ULT and the target of sUA levels in the setting of a dedicated gout clinic.
