ConclusionTraditionally, surgery for displaced radial neck fractures in children is performed by closed reduction with percutaneous pinning or elastic intramedullary nail fixation under fluoroscopic guidance. Direct visualization of the articular surface via an open approach allows better reduction in complex fracture patterns but is related to a higher risk of complications: elbow stiffness, instability, or avascular necrosis. ConclusionThose 25 recommendations should standardize and facilitate the use of IA PRP injections, which are considered by experts as an effective treatment especially in early or moderate knee OA. Extra-articular fluid extravasation is a known complication during shoulder arthroscopy. The risk and amount of extravasation to a large degree is dependent on the fluid pressure delivered to the surgical site. Accurate measurement, knowledge and control of the pressure delivered is thus important to surgeons, anesthetists and the patient.
