A reply to Turcato et al.

We read with great enthusiasm the article entitled, “Risk factors associated with intracranial bleeding and neurosurgery in patients with mild traumatic brain injury who are receiving direct oral anticoagulants” by Turcato et al. [1] While we appreciate their work and effort to shed light on this extremely important topic we must highlight some k ey concepts that we believe may alter the manuscripts interpretation.
