Near-infrared transmitting occlusive intraocular lens implantation for intractable diplopia: Report of two cases.
CONCLUSION: Implantation of a near-infrared transmitting occlusive intraocular lens for treating intractable diplopia provided a complete resolution of symptoms without eliminating the possibility of examining macula and optic nerve using optical coherence tomography.
