Use of gerontechnology to assist older adults to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic
The public health measures associated COVID-19 have induced many challenges for older adults, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Gerontechnology –such as information and communication technologies, robots, telehealth, wearable technologies, remote sensors, and Internet of Things–can assist older people and caregivers to cope with the pandemic.
