Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder resulting from the complex pathogenic interactions of immune system, keratinocytes, genetic susceptibility and environmental factors. Moreover, psoriasis is regarded as a systemic disease that extends beyond the skin(Boehncke and Sch ön, 2015), and identification of blood-based biomarkers is of clinical and research significance to a certain extent.
