Minocycline protects against acrylamide-induced neurotoxicity and testicular damage in Sprague-Dawley rats.
In conclusion, minocycline protects against neurotoxic effects of acrylamide and seminiferous tubular damage. Decreasing lipid peroxidation by minocycline might play a role in such protection.
