Abnormal functional connectivity and effective connectivity between the default mode network and attention networks in patients with alcohol-use disorder.

CONCLUSION: We found novel inter-network connectivity dysfunction in patients with AUD, which indicates abnormal causal relations between resting-state DAN and DMN.
