Incretin-based drugs and intestinal obstruction: A pharmacovigilance study.

CONCLUSIONS: We identified a pharmacovigilance signal that suggests a risk of potentially serious intestinal obstruction associated with incretin-based drugs, as a class and with a greater signal for DPP4-i.
