ConclusionAFG and i-PRF have positive effects on the healing process by accelerating wound healing and reducing postoperative morbidity. Therewithal, AFG has superior properties in wound healing compared with i-PRF.Clinical relevancePatient discomfort and pain feeling have a great effect on patient ’s tendency to surgery and platelet concentrates such as AFG and i-PRF overcome these problems and contribute to patient’s quality of life.
