Validity and reliability analysis of the Turkish version of pediatric nutritional risk score scale.

CONCLUSION: A good consistency suggests that the Turkish validation was achieved successfully. The power of PNRS to discriminate the patients with moderate-low risk of developing malnutrition is higher than the patients with high risk.
