Obesity, physical activity and sleep quality in patients admitted to a posttraumatic stress inpatient ward.

CONCLUSION: Inpatients of a PTSD treatment facility had extremely high rates of obesity, physical inactivity, poor cardiorespiratory fitness and poor sleep quality.
