CONCLUSIONS: PASLTD over multiple sessions may represent an effective tool to help maintain newly learned motor skills in older adults.
SIGNIFICANCE: While multisession priming with PAS can influence long-term skill retention, improving skill acquisition requires investigation of alternative protocols.
