Posterior pelvic ring injury of straddle fractures: Incidence, fixation methods, and clinical outcomes.

CONCLUSION: Posterior pelvic ring fracture can accompany straddle fractures, which may lead to pelvic injury instability. Thus, special attention is required for patients with a straddle fracture.
