Rural Community Living Development Mentoring Program

A project team that will work with the Research and Training Center on Disability in Rural Communities to develop a mentoring and training program to identify and use existing community resources to increase access to needed services for unserved and underserved rural people with disabilities. The project will use a mentorship approach to connect experienced Centers for Independent Living (CILs) already working collaboratively with other community organizations in rural areas with other CILs who would like to learn more about how to do the same.
