The Application of Urinary NGAL Measurement for Early Detection of AKI in Hospitalized Patients with Poisoning.

CONCLUSION: Urinary NGAL test, with an AUC of ROC curve of approximately 90% and a sensitivity of 81%, can be used for early detection of AKI. It has a high specificity (91.3%), indicating that the percentage of false positive cases (8.7%) will be small. PMID: 32361697 [PubMed - in process]
