This 29-page report aims to quantify the extent to which disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in services for HIV, TB, and malaria in high burden low- and middle-income countries could lead to additional loss of life. In high burden settings, HIV, TB, and malaria related deaths over five years may be increased by up to 10 percent, 20 percent, and 36 percent, respectively, compared to if there were no COVID-19 epidemic.
