Conclusion: The present study validates the use of CPX parameters such as JOURNAL/jcprh/04.02/01273116-202005000-00010/math_10MM11/v/2020-04-30T103411Z/r/image-png O2peak and JOURNAL/jcprh/04.02/01273116-202005000-00010/math_10MM12/v/2020-04-30T103411Z/r/image-png O2/HR as a diagnostic tool for correctly identifying PH in COPD patients. Therefore, CPX may be used as an adjunct to echocardiographic measurement of PH where there is unavailability of equipment and expertise.
