Evolution of the treatment of primary central nervous system lymphoma in a Regional Cancer Center of South India: Impact of high-dose methotrexate on treatment outcome
Conclusion: None of the potential prognostic factors had a statistically significant influence on OS in our patients. High-dose methotrexate-based chemotherapy combined with radiation was the only factor, which had a significant impact on survival (log-rank P = 0.000) but at the cost of increased neurotoxicity.
