Random biopsies in patients harboring a CDH1 mutation: time to change the approach?
DISCUSSION: gastroscopy has a poor sensitivity to detect SRCC. Nevertheless, endoscopic protocols should be optimized to favor targeted biopsies over a high number of random biopsies.
