Adverse drug reaction monitoring and reporting among physicians and pharmacists in Pakistan: A cross-sectional study.

CONCLUSION: Overall, pharmacists had more knowledge and a positive attitude regarding ADR reporting compared to physicians, but practices of ADR reporting remained the same among both.
