Mast Cells and Blood Vessels Profile in Oral Carcinogenesis: An Immunohistochemistry Study.
CONCLUSIONS: The increased vascularity in squamous cell carcinoma suggests that angiogenesis begins when malignant transformation starts that seems to be inversely associated with the number of mast cells.
