Neonatal Dieulafoy Lesion Requiring Massive Transfusion Protocol and Surgical Intervention.

We present a case of neonatal Dieulafoy lesion that occurred less than 24 h after delivery with hematemesis. The patient required large volume resuscitation and massive transfusion of blood products for acute blood loss. The lesion was successfully treated with surgical ligation after a failed attempt at endoscopic intervention. PMID: 32325456 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
