PEGylated versus non-PEGylated drugs: A cross-sectional analysis of adverse events in the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) Database .
CONCLUSION: The pharmacovigilance profiles of PEGylated and non-PEGylated agents were similar. Further clinical assessment is required to validate the pharmacovigilance data.
