In this study, we report the molecular docking analysis of alkaloid compounds (aristolochicacid, cryptopleurine, demecolcine, fagaronine and thalicarpine) with beta-catenin for further consideration towards the design and development of potential inhintors for the treatmnet of colon cancer.
