Constraints of coal mining safety management efficiency.

CONCLUSIONS: This paper provides a novel method investigating the constraints affecting CMSME and breaking through them. The case study shows that breaking through constraints during the production is beneficial to CMSME. Furthermore, a coal mine with a high CMSME index may still, at some time, have one, or more, bottleneck constraints. PMID: 32310216 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
