The effects of using psychodrama on the psychological wellbeing of university students

This study aims to investigate the effects of psychodrama group sessions on the psychological wellbeing of university students.Design and MethodsThe study included a sample of 30 undergraduate students (divided into one intervention group and one control group). Data were collected using a Personal Information Form and the Psychological Wellbeing Scale.FindingsThere was a statistically significant difference between the pretest and 12 ‐month scores for participants in the psychodrama group within the “Environmental Mastery” dimension (P <  .05).Practice ImplicationsPsychodrama group therapy can be used to improve psychological wellbeing levels among university students.
