Evidence gap on antihyperglycemic pharmacotherapy in frail older adults : A  systematic review.

CONCLUSION: Well-designed, large-scale RCTs including this important group of patients are required to assess the effectiveness and safety of pharmacotherapy and HbA1c targets.
