Response to “Effect of Aromatherapy Massage on Quality of Sleep in the Palliative Care Ward: Randomized Controlled Trial”
We read the recent paper titled “Effect of Aromatherapy Massage on Quality of Sleep in the Palliative Care Ward: A Randomized Controlled Trial” by Kawabata et al.1 with great interest. The study investigated the effects of a 30-minute single session of aromatherapy massage at night-time on quality of sleep and fatigue in palli ative care. This letter offers some discussion points regarding their conclusions.
