Clinical results and microbiota changes after faecal microbiota transplantation for chronic pouchitis: a pilot study.

Conclusions: Symptomatic benefit in FMT treatment was found for four of nine patients with chronic pouchitis with increased microbial diversity and high engraftment of donor's microbiota.
