Medical students' perspectives on the ethics of clinical reality.

CONCLUSIONS: Students' perspectives on ethical dilemmas in the clinical setting provide a unique opportunity to integrate a variety of ethical dimensions into bioethical education and draw attention to overlooked everyday ethical dilemmas.
