Management of Cementoblastoma in a 16 year old: Local block resection using PRF

AbstractA 16 year old male attended with a hard buccal/lingual swelling associated with an erupted lower right first molar. The patient had been aware of its presence for at least 12 months. Cone ‐beam CT investigation appeared consistent with a cementoblastoma associated with the roots of this tooth. Platelet‐rich fibrin (PRF) and bone graft were used to recontour the surgical site following a block resection.
