Prescription drug prices could fall significantly under the proposed Elijah E. Cummings Lower Drug Costs Now Act (H.R. 3) but how far they could fall would depend on several factors, including choices made in implementing the law and actions taken by drug manufacturers to minimize the reduction in their revenue.
