Conservative vs. surgical approach for degenerative meniscal injuries: a systematic review of clinical evidence.

CONCLUSIONS: Degenerative meniscal tears, without symptoms of locking and catching, can be successfully managed by a proper regimen of physical therapy as a first line treatment.
