Conclusions: Nasal revision rates are low in unilateral incomplete cleft lip compared to complete forms in previously published data by the senior author (J.B.M.). In contrast, labial revisions of the free margin are more common. The reason is that the surgeon became more cognizant of vermilion-mucosal deficiency on the noncleft side and more likely to offer a submucosal flap or dermis-fat graft to level the lip for normal upper incisor show. Conclusion: This study showed a 47.7% prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Force exertion, repetitive tasks, manual handling of heavy loads, stress, and lack of training were the identified factors. Ergonomic awareness among workers should be increased through training. In addition, owners should investigate methods to reduce or eliminate risk factors leading to musculoskeletal disorders found among these workers. Purpose of review The aim of this article is to give an overview of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors (PARPis) trials in prostate cancer and to discuss emerging approaches with potential future clinical implementation in both prostate and urothelial cancer. A drastic reduction in arthroscopic procedures like rotator cuff repair and cruciate ligament reconstruction and an almost total shutdown of elective total joint arthroplasty were reported.
