Froedtert South furloughs nurses due to lower hospital volumes during pandemic

Like many hospitals across the country, Froedtert South in Kenosha County dropped elective procedures to clear capacity for COVID-19 patients and now doesn ’t need as many nurses, said CEO Ric Schmidt.
