We present a patient with a ruptured basilar tip aneurysm treated under conscious sedation via a right radial approach using the Woven EndoBridge device. We discuss the technical aspects of the case as the well as the available literature on the treatment of ruptured aneurysms treated without general anaesthesia. We describe our center's methodology for pediatric patient risk stratification to facilitate responsible use of endoscopic resources during this crisis.
