The use of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas as a temporary hospital for COVID-19 patients appeared to remain in limbo early Monday afternoon following a letter over the weekend from Gov. Greg Abbott ’s chief of staff threatening to relocate the planned pop-up hospital.
